Games

My wife and I like to design and build games in our free time. Here are some of the projects we’ve worked on.

Pathfinders

2-player VR dungeon crawler in which the VR player explores a dungeon while the second player uses the keyboard, mouse, and computer monitor to control an overhead camera to help guide the VR player, and a terminal to manipulate the dungeon.

A diagonal top-down screenshot of a 3D maze level made by importing a Tiled tilemap into the Unity game engine via TiledLoader. Purple enemies are placed throughout, along with a yellow player character
02

TiledLoader

Unity editor extension for loading Tiled Map Editor files into Unity, providing a 2D, tile-based workflow for designing both 2D and 3D levels.

A screenshot of a generated terrain, showing a rocky mountain to the left, sloping down to a flatter grassy plain covered in trees, with a flat, reflective lake to the right, and hazy, tree-covered mountains in the distance
03

Terrain Generator

Unity editor extension for generating procedural terrains both in the editor and at runtime. Capable of generating heightmaps and applying textures, details, and trees using a configurable, rule-based system.

The title screen of the game, showing a head-on view of a car with license plate 'GETLIT' in front of a cyan background. The title 'LIT LIMO' is displayed in large letters on top, with buttons for 'PLAY' and 'HOW TO PLAY' below it
04

Lit Limo

Classic GTA-like game in which the player runs down pedestrians.

▶ Playable in browser
A screenshot taken from the game, showing the blue player character swinging their white box 'sword' over their head, with red box enemies approaching and a defeated enemy falling apart beside them. The level around them is a blue cube
05

Kamikaze

Experimental 3D game made during a 12 hour game jam in which progression is linked to taking advantage of physics bugs common in other games.

▶ Playable in browser
The title screen of the game, showing the two factions, a burger on the left and a taco on the right, in front of a green background. The title 'FOOD FEUD' is displayed on top in large letters, with 'PLAY' and 'HOW TO PLAY' buttons displayed in smaller letters below it
06

Food Feud

Tower Defense game in which the player must defend their burger joint from being overrun by Tacos.

▶ Playable in browser
The title screen of the game, showing the title 'Dear Leader' in a cursive font over a yellowed sheet of paper which sits on a desk with a typewriter to the right, and various papers below it. Below the title, there are buttons in an all-caps serif font for 'CONTINUE', 'NEW GAME', 'LOAD GAME', 'SETTINGS', 'EXTRA', and 'QUIT'
07

Dear Leader

City-building game made in Unity with a dark sense of humour.

Two characters, one blue, one white, fighting using placeholder graphics. The blue player is attacking the white player, who is recoiling from the damage. Player 1 has 47% damage, and player 2 has 57% damage
08

Smash Game

2D Multiplayer fighting game similar to Super Smash Bros.
