Gemsbok Oryx

Partial wet folded in white and black homemade triple tissue.

This was a challenging but fun model to fold. The paper was a good choice for the design since it was so thin and allowed me to really shape those thin, delicate, long horns. There are a ton of closed sinks on the model, which I thought were fun, and the color change is very nice. This one took at least as long to shape as it took to fold, at least 4-5 hours each. I really like the result, it’s one of my favorite models so far. This is the only model I took back home from Illinois.
